At the European network ME-NET, you will find the ME-WEB. ME-WEB lists more than 1000 links all over the World.
In the medical section (Section 3.1. of the ME-WEB), you will find official diagnostic tests and therapies (like the Merck Manual), links to Medical Journals (like the JAMA), and links to e-mail addresses of the CDC/NIH/WHO. In Section 2.9.3, you will find several medical search engines, including Medline (NIH). In Section 1.2, you will find the info files of the US Government: "Facts about CFS", "Pamphlet for patients", and " Pamphlet for physicians".
